We will also explain how Aspire Counselling Academy’s low-cost counselling service works and answer any questions you may have.

This appointment is an initial assessment and not a counselling session. Our low-cost service supports adults experiencing mild to moderate difficulties and is not suitable for crisis or emergency support. Following the appointment, we will determine whether the service is appropriate and discuss the next steps, including matching you with a suitable trainee counsellor.
