Why CBT?
CBT is one of the most widely used and researched therapeutic approaches.

  • Structured and time-limited, making it ideal for brief therapy work
  • Highly adaptable, suitable for use with individuals, groups, and in varied settings
  • Empowering, helping clients understand and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours

Adding CBT to your practice enhances your ability to support a broader range of clients—especially those seeking practical tools alongside emotional support.
