Rachael Sullivan is a BACP member, counsellor, tutor at Aspire Counselling Academy, and soon-to-be qualified trauma coach. She is deeply passionate about fostering positive change, empowerment, and healing in every individual she works with.
Amy is a level 2 counselling tutor and integrative counsellor, grounded in humanistic values and relational perspectives. Alongside her diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Amy is also a qualified relationship and couples therapist. Alongside her teaching role, Amy runs a private counselling practice, working with adults and couples experiencing challenges such as anxiety, self-doubt, communication difficulties and relationship challenges. Her work focuses on helping clients feel more understood, develop self-awareness, and build more authentic, confident relationships with themselves and others. Amy brings a warm, down-to-earth, and relational approach to her teaching, creating a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel able to explore, reflect, and grow. She is passionate about making counselling skills feel accessible and real, encouraging learners to trust their own way of relating rather than feeling they need to “get it right.” Amy is committed to supporting students in developing both their practical skills and personal awareness. She values curiosity, openness, and creating a space where students feel comfortable to be themselves, ask questions, and gradually build confidence in their emerging counselling identity.
